Refund policy

At Luma Living, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, wrong size, wrong colour choice, wrong product selection, or items that no longer fit your space.

Please review all product details, measurements, colours, materials, specifications, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lumaliving.ca.

Please include:

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos or videos of the product
Photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, partial refund, or refund where required.

Items must not be used, assembled, modified, or disposed of before we review the issue. We may not be able to help if the item has been used, assembled, damaged after delivery, or discarded.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed in transit, we will work with the carrier or supplier to help resolve the issue. Shipping delays do not qualify for a refund unless required by applicable law.

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue with the carrier.

Final Sale Notice

By placing an order on lumaliving.ca, you agree that all purchases are final sale, except where an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or where a refund, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable consumer protection laws.
