At Luma Living, we offer free shipping across Canada on all orders.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time may vary depending on product availability, supplier processing times, holidays, or high order volume.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 7 to 20 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may happen due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, supplier delays, or other issues outside our control.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free across Canada.

There are no standard shipping charges at checkout for Canadian orders.

Remote or Hard-to-Reach Areas

Some remote, rural, or hard-to-reach locations may require extra delivery time.

If an order cannot be delivered to your location, or if special delivery arrangements are required, we will contact you.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipping label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Luma Living is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable orders caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lumaliving.ca.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages, especially if multiple products are ordered.

Items may ship separately depending on product size, warehouse location, or supplier availability.

Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lumaliving.ca.

We will review the issue and may work with the carrier or supplier to help locate the package.

Luma Living is not responsible for packages that are stolen, misplaced after delivery, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lumaliving.ca.

Please include your order number, photos or videos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Luma Living ships within Canada only.

We do not currently ship outside Canada.
